Yes, when driver accept cash payment they owe the commission to the company. It gets deducted from the credit card payments made on the app for the driver
We are partners with a company called https://stripe.com
You must create an account called stripe connect with them or we can help you create one. From stripe connect you can receive payment directly into your account
They can change it in the app and the fair will get adjusted. If you drove far distance to get to the passenger, you can ask passenger to compensate you for the distance. But Never force or get in an argument with a passenger to give you more money. Send an email to the company about the situation and we will find a way to compensate you. Always provide a 5-star service
Notate the ride and email the company about it. Please remember that company will already know that what distance you traveled so provide accurate information
If possible complete the ride but if situation is uncontrollable find a safe place to ask the driver to exit the vehicle. Immediately report it to the company
Use online translator. Find people who can help with the communication
Yes, if the situation requires a law enforcement agency please involve them. Make sure to notate everything about the situation for your records, court purpose and for the company. For everyone’s safety we recommend to install a video and audio recording device inside the vehicle
Company has several future plans in the basket which will be laid out as we grow together. An example of this is, medical transportation which help drivers make more money than the regular transportation
Absolutely, we encourage everyone to come forward and give recommendations
If you have an idea or recommendations to make the company profitable or something that can improve the way we work you will get compensated for it
As of now, we do not have any benefit. But by getting drivers signed up you will be helping other drivers to succeed

Please ask them to order the proper vehicle. If you can legally fit the extra passenger you can ask them to pay more money, but never argue or force to pay more. After completing the ride let the company know about the situation so we can find the best solution for the issue. Always remember to give 5-star service
Maintaining the car clean and in good condition, commercial insurance with NAVY RIDE LLC as the addition insured, toll, airport tax and any other tax that may apply to you*
Your name, vehicle type, plate number, phone number ( you can use a third party phone number if you don’t want your real number being sent or an extra phone number
We are looking for quality and experienced drivers with a good driving history. Driver will have to provide proof that they been giving rides to passengers for at least 6 months
Yes, if customer makes a mess they must pay a clean-up fee. Drivers can collect it directly from the customer or can get the company involved
Pets fee up to $20
Carpet and seat mess fee up to $40
Throw-up fee up to $300
If the customer damage your vehicle and its required to take help from the police go for it
Yes, if you provide a child seat you can charge between $10 to $20 extra for it
Yes, but there are peak hours when work is busier. You will get a schedule every week with the detail of the busy hours
Yes, scheduled rides can be accepted by driver on the app, some rides will be sent to the drivers manually over the phone
License with good record, commercial insurance (cost $150 to $400 month), affiliation with a registered company. We recommend for you to registered your own LLC with the state (only cost around $150 a year depending on the state you live in)
We are looking to accept limited number of drives. Once we have enough drivers signed up we will freeze driver’s signup until we have enough data. We want all the drivers to do well on our platform and don’t want to over flow app with too many drivers.
Our suggestions are good hygiene, excellent customer service, greet customer with smile, offer free water.
Yes, you will get assigned 1 super driver and 2 peer drivers. You can contact them to find the solution for any issue you may have or if you need any guidance. These drivers will be in direct communication with someone in higher management
Try finding a transportation for the customer from customer Navy app. Call your super driver or your peer driver who is assigned to you and try finding help that way. If nothing works contact company directly
Following are just some suggestions but if its not safe please don’t do it You can keep a small cooler with non-acholic beverages and snacks, good quality charging cables.
